My journey began over 12 years ago when I recognized a need for a support-based contractor to partner with larger firms on complex projects. The industry was missing a company that truly understood oil, gas, and electric specifications—along with safety standards, insurance requirements, and quality control. That vision led to the creation of MAC Industrial Services, Inc.—a 100% woman-owned business certified as WBE, DBE, BEP, SBSP, and WOSB.

With over 35 years in the industry, I’ve worn many hats—laborer, welder’s helper, truck driver, office manager, project manager, and eventually safety director. These roles gave me a well-rounded understanding of the contracting world from every angle. The path hasn’t been without challenges, but those obstacles helped shape MAC into a strong, reliable, and adaptable company. We’ve built a team of individuals who bring exceptional skills, strong work ethics, and innovative thinking to every job.
